What to Ask and When
There are as many ways to find out if a project or team works well as there are projects and teams. Just like clothes, one size does not really fit all. In the end, you will have to make up questions that work for you [D3].

People can say what they think, or answer on paper. Or people can put dots on a line that goes from "Good" to "Bad" for each question. Then the team can talk about the answers.
