In a team, each person needs the others to help meet the goal. If people do not do what they agreed to do, it is like digging a hole. As each person fails to do their part, the hole gets deeper. At last you cannot see the goal any more because you are in so deep.

To Do List

  • Do what you say you will do.
  • Call when you say you will call, even if you did not get your jobs done.
  • Find out if others have done their jobs.
  • Build on what people do well and give help when the job is too hard.
  • Make sure that everyone feels they can take part and do something useful.
  • Add members to the team if you need to, or get advice from others.
  • Connect with other groups to keep up-to-date on information or people who can help you.
