Help Wanted
Give each person a post-it note and ask them to put on it something that they need help with and their name. Put all the notes on a poster. Ask each team member to pick one that they can help the person with and "answer their ad" by setting up a date to help the person.
After each team member has done this, ask them
- How did you feel when someone said they could help you?
- How did you feel when you had to solve your problem alone?
- How did you feel when you found someone you could help?
This activity supports team members to feel it is OK to ask for help and give help.
