Truth or Lie

Ask each person to say their name and three things about themselves. Two of the things must be true and one must be a lie.

Team members have to ask you questions that help them decide which ones are the truth and which is the lie. People cannot ask "Is that the truth?" or "Did you really do that?"

At the end of the meeting, ask everyone to guess for each team member which was true and which was not. The person must then say which was the lie.

This is a good game to play at a long meeting with breaks. Then you can use break time to try to find out about each other instead of meeting time. It is a good way to get new team members to talk to each other to find out more.
